They have a ton of local knowledge of the market having been in the area since childhood. Their advice on how to get the most of out of our house when we were selling was great (we needed a new roof among other things) and they were able to hook us up to contractors they know and trust. The fact they also flip houses for a living is what makes them different than most other realtors in the market, they actually know what it takes (permits, codes, timing, costs, etc.) to get a project done. Once you go visit a few houses with them or have them walk through your place to list it you'll understand the difference between a real estate team that cares and one that is just trying to make a quick sale.
